# 服务条款与可接受使用政策（模板）/ Terms & Acceptable Use (template)

## 1. 服务说明 / The service
本服务（"服务"）基于 **MiniMax H3** 模型提供文本/图像生成视频（含音频）的 API。
The Service provides video-with-audio generation through an API, powered by **MiniMax H3**.

## 2. 模型许可 / Model license
使用本服务即表示你同意遵守 MiniMax H3 Community License Agreement 及其附件 A（Acceptable Use Policy）的全部限制，
包括其关于适用地区的约定：https://huggingface.co/MiniMaxAI/MiniMax-H3
By using the Service you agree to comply with the MiniMax H3 Community License Agreement, including Exhibit A
(Acceptable Use Policy) and its territory terms. A copy of the Agreement is available at the link above.

## 3. 禁止用途 / Prohibited uses
不得将服务或其输出用于（包括但不限于）：
- 涉及未成年人的任何剥削、性化或伤害内容；
- 未经同意的冒充他人、换脸、私密影像；
- 选举相关虚假信息、欺诈、恶意软件；
- 军事用途；医疗、执法、信贷、雇佣等关键领域的高风险自动化决策；
- 未经许可的金融、法律、医疗等专业服务；
- 规避本服务或模型的安全措施；
- 使用输出训练或改进 MiniMax H3 及其衍生模型以外的其他 AI 模型。

Do not use the Service or its outputs for any use prohibited by Exhibit A of the license, including the
examples above. Violations lead to key suspension without refund of the affected usage.

## 4. AI 生成内容标识 / AI-generated content disclosure
所有输出均为 AI 生成，文件内含 AIGC 元数据标识。公开发布时你必须明确标注其为 AI 生成，且不得删除标识。
All outputs are AI-generated and carry an AIGC metadata label. You must clearly disclose this when publishing
and must not remove the label.

## 5. 数据 / Data
- 生成的视频与上传的参考图在 72 小时后自动删除（以服务配置为准）。
- 为处理滥用举报，我们会保存提示词、请求 IP 与时间等日志 ___ 天。
- Generated files are deleted after the retention window. Prompts and request metadata are kept for ___ days for abuse handling.

## 6. 计费 / Billing
预付费，按生成视频的秒数计费；生成失败或排队中取消的任务全额退回。
Prepaid; charged per generated second. Failed jobs and jobs cancelled while queued are refunded in full.

服务按"现状"提供，不保证可用性与输出质量。The Service is provided "as is", without warranty.
